The App, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and content, is owned by XyligoSoftware and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
"XShooter," "XyligoSoftware," and "XyligoDevelop" are trademarks of XyligoSoftware. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
The AI-powered target analysis feature is provided as a convenience tool. While we strive for accuracy, AI detection may not be 100% accurate. You should:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the App. Cloud-synced data will remain in your Google Drive account.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App. You may need to update the App to continue using it. Updates may be downloaded automatically or require manual installation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
The App is intended for use worldwide, subject to local laws. However, we make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding air guns, data privacy, and use of mobile applications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
