- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including features accessed and actions taken
- Camera and Storage Access: When you grant permission, we access your device camera to capture target images and storage to save your data

With your permission, we may collect location data to:
- Associate shooting sessions with specific ranges
- Provide weather data for ballistics calculations
- Enhance your shooting experience with location-based features
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
- Process and store your shooting session data locally on your device
- Calculate ballistics and scoring information
- Enable AI-powered target analysis features
- Sync your data to Google Drive (if you choose to enable this feature)
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
All your shooting data is primarily stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal shooting data on our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup features.
3.2 Google Drive Sync (Optional)
If you choose to enable Google Drive synchronization:
- Your data will be stored in your personal Google Drive account
- We do not have access to your Google Drive data
- Your data is encrypted during transmission
- You can disable this feature at any time
3.3 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure storage practices
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls and authentication
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services: For app distribution and updates
- Google Drive API: For optional cloud backup (requires your authorization)
- OpenAI API: For AI-powered target analysis (optional feature, images are processed and not retained)
- Weather Services: For ballistics calculations based on environmental conditions
5. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:
- Camera: To capture target images for scoring and analysis
- Storage: To save and access your shooting data and target images
- Location (Optional): To associate sessions with ranges and provide weather data
- Internet: For optional features like AI analysis and cloud sync
You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share specific information
- For AI Processing: Target images may be sent to OpenAI's API for analysis (only when you use this feature, and images are not stored by OpenAI)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist in operating the App (bound by confidentiality agreements)
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your information:
- Access: You can access all your data within the App
- Deletion: You can delete your shooting sessions, targets, and equipment profiles at any time
- Export: You can export your data in CSV format
- Opt-Out: You can disable optional features like AI analysis and cloud sync
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App's services. You can delete your data at any time through the App. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be removed from your device.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. When using optional features like AI analysis, your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what information we collect, the right to delete your information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of your information (note: we do not sell your information).
